We welcome you into the magnificent kitchens of the Villa de Flora. This 'European market' is set in a grand dining room of an old-world mansion. Chefs stationed at six kitchens invite you to sample their culinary creations. A seasonal market-inspired menu features meals from the countries of the Mediterranean – France, Italy, Greece, Spain, Turkey and North Africa. Guests can season meals to their liking by snipping fresh herbs from plants growing at their table. A focused wine list is accentuated by traditional Mediterranean offerings, including sangria. Breakfast at Villa de Flora gives diners an opportunity to experience coastal favorites, along with standard morning fare. Dinner is peppered by nightly entertainment.
