Opened in 1997 and located just minutes from Disney's theme parks, the Columbia is situated within a planned community with small town charm, offering a variety of designer boutiques and shops.

Columbia overlooks Celebration's picturesque lake and offers classic elegance in a Mediterranean style setting where diners can enjoy fine Spanish/Cuban cuisine in our old-world-style dining rooms, an outdoor café, courtyard, or our Tapas Bar.

Your favorite foods that you may have sampled at the original Columbia Restaurant in Tampa's Historic Ybor City are also found here, including our world-famous '1905' Salad TM . You'll also find century-old family recipes like Paella 'a la Valenciana,' Red Snapper 'Alicante' Pompano en Papillot, Merluza 'Russian Style' and Filet Mignon 'Columbia'.
